Hi,
I could not find a package that would contain utilities in Graham's
"On lisp".
I don't mind cutting from the pdf file and pasting into the .lisp
file, but has that been done before?
Also, if I do produce a file that contains some small fraction of
those routines, would I brake some laws if I post it (on cliki for
example)?

Not sure if this is available as a asdf package but PG has
posted the code at:
http://www.paulgraham.com/lispcode.html
Can't comment on the laws :)

At the bottom of the file, Paul says that one is free to re-distribute
free verbatim copies of the file (which includes the copyright
notice).
Thanks.
