Just noticed Arc does not do multiple value return. A comment just
before the implementation of Arc's round (returning one value, not a
list as the comment might suggest):

Pity. I guess this is like cleaning out an attic -- it is hard throwing
anything away until one gets over that I might need this some day thing.
Looks like PG has gotten over it.
