Is Uncommon Web still alive? I've downloaded it, but can't get it to
compile on SBCL 1.0.15 or cmucl 19e.

what did you download -- boxset? one of darcs repos?
what is error message? did you specify all libs?
unfortunately we don't have telephatic abilities here..

also, i'd recommend to go to UCW's mailing lists to get help on it.
