I have been using sLIME (via Eclipse and the excellent Cusp) for
several days with no problems.  Recently started getting:

couldn't remove "C:\\Documents and
Settings\\SRJ\\workspace\\learning_lisp\\practicallisp_c3_db.fasl":
  Permission denied
   [Condition of type SB-INT:SIMPLE-FILE-ERROR]

errors.  Anyone know why, or how to solve this?

(I didn't change any permissions in the filesystem)
