Apparently lisp has more than continuations.
So what lisp webapp tool goes beyond say seaside?

I have been sitting on my lazy ass waiting for someone else to do
something interesting with Cells (http://common-lisp.net/project/
cells/) and the web.

You might check on the PyCells crew to see if they have done something.
They snorted at doing a Cells-driven GUI because they were all hot to do
a Web-thingy.
