I've successfully install (not well tested though) sbcl 0.9.5 on an
Alphastatiion XP900 (21264 - 500Mhz) under Linux 2.6.11.
Don't know for Tru64.

Which operating system?
There are commercial Common Lisp implementations
from Franz and LispWorks. You may want to
ask them directly for system requirements and
prices. There is also a Lisp Machine emulator
for DEC Alpha.

Can't you run Open Genera on the Alpha?

LispWorks and Allegro CL are for Tru64 Unix. Open Genera, too.
Do you want a non-commercial version?
Take a look at cmucl.cons.org and www.sbcl.org.
I'm not sure if DEC Alpha is currently 'supported' in any
useful interpretation of 'supported'. You may
want to ask the maintainers.

That's what I meant. Open Genera provides an emulator of
the Ivory processor and version of the Genera OS.
But software is not binary compatible with the Ivory.
