It is so cool that the conference in 2007 is in Cambridge/UK.
The list of invited speakers looks very interesting.
It is always a different experience to be at such a Lisp conference.
These days communication over the Internet is increasing
in possibilities and we see lots of new and old people
interested in Lisp. But to see so many people interested
in Lisp in person is a very different experience.
Especially since the Lisp community is very diverse.
So you see Open Source developers, University professors,
vendors, application developers, lurkers, ...
The Lisp conference also is a meeting point for
people working on the various dialects (Scheme, CL, ...),
Functional Programming, ...
So if you Usenet readers have the possibility, apply for
presenting a paper or just visit the conference.
It is the place to be in early April 2007.
We would be interested in Speaking as we are a commercial company based
on LISP software.
Some of our challenges are quite interesting!

Yes, this would be very interesting. Please consider submitting
something to the technical program. In your case, I think an experience
report presented as a technical paper, or a demonstration submission
would be appropriate. See the section on Technical Papers in the CfP
and/or http://www.international-lisp-conference.org/2007/submissions for
more details.

More important news:
- The International Lisp Conference 2007 is again held in cooperation
with ACM SIGPLAN.
- This especially means that the proceedings will be published with an
ISBN at the ACM Digital Library.
