comp.lang.lisp.franz has had 5 apparently on-topic messages in the past
11 months.  Only one received a response.  Any Franz-specific discussion
can be conducted in comp.lang.lisp.

They all appear to be referring to Allegro.  Some people apparently see
the name of the newsgroup, and post in comp.lang.lisp.franz.  There is
much more discussion about Allegro in comp.lang.lisp; so at best
comp.lang.lisp.franz serves at best to distract a few messages from
comp.lang.lisp.
