If you mean this kind of output in HTML:

  http://www.unmutual.info/whitespace.html

then colorize, written in Common Lisp, may be a beginning point
for you:

  http://www.cliki.net/colorize

,----
| ,----
| | Colorize is an Application for colorizing chunks of Common Lisp, Scheme, Elisp,
| | C, C++, or Java code. It is the same colorizing engine as lisppaste made
| | standalone. It's licensed under the MIT license, and written by Brian Mastenbrook.

If you mean something different, please be more clear so
that people can be more helpful.

Happy hacking,
