2.32 (2003-12-29) is the last CLISP version with official support for
MS-DOS and OS/2.  (Win32 is still fully supported).

google finds a 25-Jan-1997 CLISP in
http://www.ida.liu.se/~TDDB80/lispsystem/CLISP/dos/

I doubt that you will find a newer version.
if you have access to a dos system,
you can download the free Borland C compiler
and build CLISP 2.32 yourself...
