I just uploaded the update to version 0.3 of my lisp-cgi-utils package.
This is a Common Lisp package designed to support writing CGI programs
in Common Lisp.

changes from 0.2 to 0.3:
 - the HTML generator now knows most standard HTML tags,
 - updated examples
