I attach the whole lisp file about prog-> here. There is an attachment
file named progc.txt. If you have time, it would be especially fine to
give some explanation about these codes. I think it is really hard to
understand these codes for a novice like me. Thanks in advance.

The explanation I posted a week or so ago should be sufficient for you
to start using the prog-> (read "prog arrow") form.

I would like to point out that you violated the license agreement for
the code in progc.lisp by stripping off the license header before
posting the software.  (Why you went out of your way to do this is
beyond me.)
