I just implemented version 1.0 of lazy propagation for Cells. Seems to
work, but there is nothing like the Real World to break code.
I plan to use it so I can go crazy declaring all sorts of interesting
computations on the raw sense and sight feed from the soccer server such
that they get kicked off only if needed when the player goes about
deciding what to do next. That decision is made only at precise points
in the stream of input, when (according to details of how the server
works) we know we have the best information we are going to have and we
need to act or miss the action window (another server detail).
But the biggest value is to force luddites to come up with a new reason
Cells won't work.

ps. Y'all won't get a crack at the code until the next release of
RoboCells, which will at least be before ILC so folks can load
Cells/RoboCells on their laptop and play along during the talk.
