At last year's Lisp conference in SF, there was a speaker presenting info
about a site (built with Lisp?) for posting application development
projects and inviting bids. I looked around at
http://www.international-lisp-conference.org/
but couldn't find any references to it. Does anyone remember the name of
the site and know whether it's still around? Even better, if you've actually
posted a project there, I'd be very interested to hear how that went.
Thanks,
Ben

I suspect <URL:http://www.hotdispatch.com/> is what you're looking for.
Also see <URL:http://www.hotdispatch.com/executive-team.html> and
