If I go to http://www.xanalys.com/ no mention of Lisp is there.
www.lispworks.com still works... Are they changing direction from been a
Lisp vendor?

I think you may have missed it.  LispWorks is mentioned under the
"Solutions" menu heading on the xanalys.com site.  (And what a nice picture
they have of the Mac OS X port).
