I am a beginner to lisp. I manage to write some lisp program in Emacs .
By far I only know to evaluate S-expression with C-x C-e, but I want to 
compile my file just like compile C or C++ with GCC. Help me ,thanks .

M-x byte-compile-file

Seems like you want to write Emacs Lisp.  There are specialized
newsgroups for that, like gnu.emacs.help and comp.emacs.  Try those.
