If anyone is interested in meeting with enlightened programmers in your
area, there is now an interest group on Meetup (www.meetup.com)
scheme.meetup.com
"Meetup with other local programmers interested in Scheme/Lisp and other
functional programming languages."
(I made the suggestion of Scheme or Lisp to them a couple of weeks ago
and I presume other people have and they came up with the above group,
so it wasn't my idea to put Scheme before Lisp, honest.)
Anyway, I hope people outside the major Lisp conurbations find this
useful. (Like, Waterloo or Toronto.)
