rate of activity within CL implementation development

Hi All,

   it would be nice, if some guru could rate somehow the
   activity of development of the following Lisp implementations:

   - CMUCL
   - OpenMCL
   - SBCL

   In particullar it would be very interesting to know whether
   those implementation are tending to support Win32 in near future.
