Well, the RoboCup TeamKenny now plays under cmucl/linux. Sockets are
under control. cmucl+db-sockets works (no problem, it turns out, just
operator error). acl+acl-sockets needs acl priority set to low (until a
proper fix is found).
Thanks to one and all for the copious assistance, some of which arrived
by mail. A lot of these I did not ACK because I wanted to reseacrh the
suggestion and possibly try it out before reponding, then way led on to
way and I never followed up. But every idea thrown over the wall was
welcome and considered. Thanks again, you all are the best.
Gonna do some R&R, then get to work on (a) putting Cells up on
SourceForge and (b) putting RoboCells (such as it is) up on SourceForge.
No doc to speak of, but I hear email tech support is very responsive.
