CMU CL FFI and variadic C functions

I've been reading the CMU CL FFI documentation
<http://cvs2.cons.org/ftp-area/cmucl/doc/cmu-user/aliens.html> and I
don't see any mention of how to represent variadic arguments with it.
Can this be done?  If so, are there any examples at which anyone might
be able to point me?  Thank you.
