New Release of Xanalys LispWorks 4.2.6

Xanalys LLC announces the patch release of LispWorks 4.2.6, the
advanced dynamic programming environment based on ANSI Common
Lisp. This release contains small feature enhancements and 150 bug
fixes and reflects Xanalys's commitment to the continuous support and
improvements of its LispWorks offerings.
Xanalys LispWorks offers unified tools and application programming
interfaces (APIs) accross Windows, Linux and a variety of UNIX
platforms, allowing high-level cross platform development. Xanalys
LispWorks also provides a complete enterprise development solution
including: Integrated Development Environment (IDE), Application
Delivery, Foreign Language Interface, CORBA Interoperability module,
Database Connectivity through CommonSQL, COM support, Expert System
Tool KnowledgeWorks with Common Prolog, Portable Common Lisp Interface
Manager (CLIM) and Unicode International character set in addition to
fully supporting the ANSI Common Lisp standard.
Common Lisp Object System (CLOS), which is part of Common Lisp, is
widely regarded as one of the most powerful and productive
object-oriented programming environments.
Common Lisp solutions have been deployed in fields as diverse as
aerospace engineering, airline tracking, telephone switching, Internet
commerce, bioinformatics and data mining. It is an ideal tool for

All users of Xanalys LispWorks 4.2 Professional or Enterprise Editions
for Linux and Windows and all LispWorks Unix users are encouraged to
download their free upgrade to 4.2.6. The LispWorks 4.2 Personal
Editions for Linux or Windows remain available for download although
they can't be upgraded to version 4.2.6.
