There was recently a discussion about the use of Lisp in the Orbitz
travel service on Slashdot. There is now an article in the April
edition of the print version of New Architect magazine. It has a short
summary (~ 2-3 paragraphs) of their use of Lisp in the Orbitz
system. They usually publish the main articles on their web site as
well, so (if you don't want to buy the magazine) you might be able to
read it when the April articles are published on their site. The site's
