Could someone post any ACL 61 defsystem example that
uses long form of module specification ? Thanks in advance.

Unless you have a specific need to use the ACL defsystem, I would
recommend just using asdf. I've looked at many defsystem alternatives
over the past year, including ACL (though not specifically version 6)
and mk:defsystem.

Asdf is by far the most usable. I am using it with ACL 5,6 on Windows
and Unix.

Well. MK:DEFSYSTEM is as usable :) I use it on CMUCL, CLisp, ACL and
LW under Solaris, UNIX and Windows.

Please check MK:DEFSYSTEM 4.x if you want to contribute to its
developments. Its module is `defsystem-4.x' in the CLOCC.

Cheers
