i have an oct 1978 edition of Teitelman's Interlisp Programming Manual
in very good condition. This is the original blue/white BBN/xerox document
not some poor duplicate. price: $35 USD + actual mailing cost (it is about
the size and tickness of a phone book, so i cannot guess the mailing cost.)
please email if interested. [every lisp historian and implementor should
