I would think that 32 is about enough to justify doing a printing run
of 50 copies some place like <http://www.lightningsource.com/> or
<HTTP://www1.xlibris.com/>.

That's probably _not_ a wondrous business opportunity for Mr. Graham,
but it could make sense for someone amongst the 50 states to offer him
royalties :-) on a small, non-exclusive, production run.
