Rather new at this, so forgive me if I'm unclear.
I'm using CLISP for PC and I want to print line drawing characters to
make pretty boxes, etc. What is the best way to do this? I tried
changing the charset with the following:
(ext:make-encoding :charset 'charset:iso-8859-1 :line-terminator :dos)
but it doesn't seem to help. Any suggestions would be helpful.
