Hi,
I'm currently writting a program for the PalmOS under LispME (Scheme
Implementation) for doing Symbolic Algebra Manipulation.
Even it is going o.k., and it does indeed transform infix/rpn notation,
makes simple simplifications and calculates polynomial
differentials/integration, I want to know about efficient and standard
algorithms. So, I'm asking for URLs with papers and algorithms. I pretend to
release the full source code under GPL, so, anyone willing to contribute
will be welcome.
I'm not a Scheme expert (this things I've learned were from a first year
college's class) and so I maybe using some rather unefficient traditional
aproach. The fact is: There's no Palm Program for doing it :P
