I tried to compile GCL 2.4.0 on RedHat 7.1, but when I run make, it says:

    make: *** No targets. Stop

I looked in 'makefile', and it's true, there are no targets, but I don't
know how to fix 'configure'.  I tried the hack that someone posted in this
newsgroup (add sed -e /load/d in 'configure' in two places), but that didn't
help.

Has anyone else seen this problem?
