Hi all,

I am sure I'm not the first person to post something like this, but does
the Lisp community have a CPAN kind of thing going on? I know there is
Lisp.org, but it's code repository is pretty skimpy.

If the Lisp community doesn't have a "CPAN", we should get one going.
Lisp has a package system. We could start throwing modules on Lisp.org.

I'm impressed by the synchronicity! :-)

There are a number of efforts somewhat along these lines, and a
discussion appears to be going on at, well, comp.lang.lisp.

As well, I suspect cliki (http://ww.telent.net/cliki) contains rather
more up-to-date information about code modules in general than
lisp.org, by its very nature.

Cheers,

Christophe

As recently announced, there are moves underway to create CCLAN(sp?),
in a similar vein to CTAN and CPAN. But until this effort picks up
enough steam to package most of the stuff out there, there is CLiki,
which will give you links and infos to most of the stuff that is
available freely out there:
