I have just released XMLP 0.1.4 at http://sourceforge.net/projects/lsp, 
a package for processing XML documents through foreign bindings to the 
expat parser. XMLP features a rich set of data structures, support for 
namespaces, a reader macro for assembling an XML document, and a rule 
engine for manipulating XML documents.

This release is largely due to contributed code from Martin Simmons to 
have XMLP run under LispWorks for Windows.
