It's conference season, and it's vacation season. Plus (at least in
England) it's gloriously hot weather which we should all be out
enjoying. So, not much decided or debated since last issue. Many
updated packages, some new packages.

Discussion on the finer points of building Debian packages - should we
unregister packages from the common lisp controller before or after
deleting them, and how we can have symlinks created and removed
automatically
One proposal (with code!) for inline documentation. Ugly code, and
ugly documentation too, but it's a start.
