Hi.
I'm trying to get hold of the book in the subject, which
I understand used to be freely downloadable from Civilized's
web site. At the moment, ftp.civilized.com isn't responding,
and has been down for a few days now.
Does anyone know what's going on there, and if it's possible
to get the book from other sources?
