I don't know of a complete mirror, but parts of the site are available
elsewhere. Linux/x86 binaries for glibc2.1 and 2.2 are available from

   <URL:http://www.pmsf.de/pub/>

I have put copies of various bits of documentation, as well as
SPARC-v9 18c binaries and the 18c source code temporarily at

   <URL:ftp://ftp.laas.fr/pub/tsf/emarsden/>

Of course, you can obtain the Debian-packaged Linux/x86 binaries from
any Debian mirror site, and likewise for the FreeBSD/x86 binaries
(package name is "cmucl-18c").
