Relatively fast you would find the Lisp FAQ and the AI FAQ
with the appropriate (well, a bit outdated)
entries on "Frame Languages".

Have a look at this code from an Applied AI course i took a while ago. It
is modified from some code by Winston and Horne and free to use. It is also
heavily annotated.
