I found the above mentioned page not clear enough (atleast for me)

The ANSI CL HyperSpec can also be downloaded from
http://www.xanalys.com/software_tools/reference/HyperSpec/ .
The information is at the bottom of the page.

Versions of CLtL2 can be downloaded from
http://www.cs.cmu.edu/Web/Groups/AI/html/cltl/cltl2.html .
