Can somebody tell if I can download the ANSI spec and the book by steel so
that I can use them without beeing online?

I found the above mentioned page not clear enough (atleast for me)
The ANSI CL HyperSpec can also be downloaded from
http://www.xanalys.com/software_tools/reference/HyperSpec/ .
The information is at the bottom of the page.
