I am currently developing a LISP interface for GECKO.
GECKO is the browsing engine for MOZILLA.
(Which again is the development group for NETSCAPE)
For details see www.mozilla.org
The idea is to provide a free interface building tool that uses current
network standards and provides an object component model.
It would also be portable. (I use Allegro)
As my time is limited I would appreciate it if anyone is willing to share
the burden.
Any takers?
(not terribly optimistic)

I suggest that you post your request to the Lispweb mailing list:

Best wishes for your project.
Paolo
P.S.
And no, unfortunately I don't have the skills or the time to help you.
