Ok I am clueless on insertion sort
I thought I had it but I cant seem to figure it out

Does any one know if this is close?
Damn I have know clue
At first I was thinking of actually inserting an element but I just need to
sort the list
and I cant seem to understand how to do it in LISP

Any help would be appreciated.
