The review at Amazon is a bit short. It seems that this book has goals
similar to Norvig's PAIP. What are the main differences between them?

It is focused on a specific topic: truth maintenance systems and
their applications.

It's really a well written book. It even has a companion book which
"just" contains the source code of the various systems
they develop.
