I am looking for a text (or web tutorial) for children who already had
experience in basic programming in LOGO and/or BASIC for LISP?  Or a program
(maybe a PERL script?) that would convert or reformat LOGO programs to LISP so
they could compare?

i'm in the midst of evoloving an elisp tutorial that may be useful to
you, as part of project ADHOC, part of the seul-edu project.  check out:

feedback would be appreciated (epecially from a student's perspective,
