The LISP-file can set up the drawinglimmits and insert a block.

first - the best place to discuss AutoLISP is comp.cad.autocad or in the
autodesk newsserver in one of  the groups

second - does this file exist ? I mean did you ever see it as freeware ? or
was it in ACAD support directory ?
