LISP USER GROUP MEETING
San Francisco '99 � October 10-13

This four-day conference will provide a forum for
researchers, developers and students to share
their latest work in the implementation, principle
and use of Lisp.
KEYNOTE SPEAKERS: Guy Steele, Peter Norvig
PAPER TOPICS:
The LUGM Committee, chaired by Richard Gabriel
will consider papers on the following topics:
* Experience Papers, focusing on real-world or
mission-critical applications, or innovative uses
of Lisp.
* Technical Papers discussing theoretical or
implementation issues with Lisp, new directions
and innovative approaches to application construction.
* Historical papers analyzing trends, themes or
events in the history of Lisp.
* Papers speculating on the future of Lisp and
how to make it more popular.
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:
All paper should be submitted
to the Conference Referee, Richard Gabriel at
···@steam.stanford.edu
Because of the tight reviewing schedule,
authors desiring to submit a full paper are requested
to declare their intention by submitting a preliminary
outline/overview of their paper by August 1, 1999.
Papers should be submitted in electronic form as
a PostScript or pdf. file.
Accepted papers will be presented at the
conference and published in the conference
proceedings.
