I am looking for a printed version of the CLIM specification,
preferably the most recent one. I am trying to implement the
geometry substrate working from an HTML version and it's a big pain in
the but to track things down. I am willing to pay a bit of money for
it, but not some institution sized fee. Anyone got a lead?

http://www.elwood.com/alu/table/references.htm#clim lists a couple of
possibilities, including
ftp://ftp.franz.com/pub/clim/clim-spec/

You will probably want to grab the index, too, which is a separate file.
