Just a quick note to say that LispWorks for Windows Personal
Edition has gone final (i.e. out of beta) and is available for
free download from the Harlequin Web site at

  <http://www.harlequin.com/devtools/lisp>

This is a complete implementation of CL. There are some limitations
(e.g. on heap size, save image capability, session duration), but
for the most part it has the full LispWorks environment and compiler.

Enjoy!

Have the limitations been adjusted such that we can now use CL-HTTP?
(The last time I tried, the heap size was to small.)

This hasn't been changed. Because of the heap size limitations,
you can't run CL-HTTP in the Personal Edition. You'll need the
Professional Edition to tackle that job.

Hello Andrew,

Do you have a Linux version of LispWorks?

Thanks,
Mark
