This was in lispworks 3.2.2 on a Sun Ultra, and I can't decide if it's
appropriate behavior. (MCL does it "right".)

CL-USER 91 > (format t ···@D ··@D" 0 1)
X0 X+1

My intuitions say that the output ought to be X+0. Any
opinions/clarifications anyone here might have to offer?
