I know of two at the CMU repository: one in the clmath package, and
the other in its own directory. The one in clmath is more complete,
but I'm not terribly fond of either. I've used the one in clmath
mostly to solve linear systems; it seemed to work respectably well,
but I didn't test its speed.

The URLs are:

ftp://ftp.cs.cmu.edu/afs/cs/project/ai-repository/ai/lang/lisp/code/
math/clmath/clmath.tgz

and

ftp://ftp.cs.cmu.edu/afs/cs/project/ai-repository/ai/lang/lisp/code/
math/matrix/matrix.cl

Hope that helps,
