Subject: Error in compiling guy steele's book

Friend:

I am trying to compile guy steele's book. I have downloaded the source,
but compilation gives the error. If I apply the patch using
patch < how-to-patch
in the source directory, then it does not compile even 
the portion that it does without it.

Does someone have a working bundle with all the macros or sty's?
