Do any implementations of Common Lisp for Win95 support MIDI interface
calls? If the MIDI calls are to be implemented via the Win95API, then
the Lisp will need to accomodate real-time extensions.
N.B.: According to a book that I have on MIDI in C++, if it is
implemented via system calls the caller will need to implement a 16-bit
dll to handle the timing, since it MUST stay resident and frozen to
accept calls in real time.
