I have a question that was not in any of
the FAQs.

I'm interested in finding a C/C++ library
that allows an application to add and modify
a set of rules (some symbolic expressions 
that express knowledge about a domain), and 
then make Prolog-like queries to the rule
set.

Does anyone know where I might find such
a library?
