Hello,
I can't find a Lisp FAQ, so I hope someone can tell me where I can
find a decent Lisp system that runs under either Linux or FreeBSD (or
preferably both)? I would prefer a commercial package over freeware or
shareware in case I need tech support (and I like printed documentation)
and I'd like to spend less than $300. Is it possible? Also, I prefer
CL with CLOS to Scheme, because the book I am using to learn Lisp is
based on CL. Any help will be _really_ appreciated. Thanks in advance...

With best wishes,
Ken Deboy

Franz, Inc. www.franz.com gives away a free implementation of Allegro Common
Lisp for Linux (redhat preferred) which comes on a CD-rom.
