Hello,

I have a application that displays a large electrical network (ACL4W with
the Allegrostore ODB). I need to increase the performance of the network
display. I probably could reach this goal by using a quad-tree like
technic, something that has been used in some Graphical Information
Systems.

I am looking for Lisp code that implement such a mechanism and that could
be reused.
